Long-Term Care Insurance Good Decision
I call it age creep. First, I needed prescription glasses to read. Then there is Ibuprofen after exercise. Then adding more fiber to my diet.
Aging is natural. While the rate of aging depends on genetics, lifestyle habits, and environmental exposures the aging process speeds up during middle age.
Google defines middle age as the period between the ages of 45 and 65. That’s when you notice a decline in physical and cognitive function. This can be due to several factors, including changes in hormones, loss of muscle and bone mass, and lifestyle choices.
There are ways to slow it down, however. I started working out (defined as aerobic and weight exercise) when I was forty. I didn’t really need it then but knew I had to establish the habit so it would always be part of my life. I’ve made a few good decisions in my life. This is one of them.
